Login and reading record issues

Can't login and all reading records lost.
I've been reading Life Studies almost everyday for nearly a year. A few days ago, I found that all records were gone. Since yesterday, I was logged out and couldn't log in again.
I don't mind the records are lost. But I feel bad for unable to continue my daily Life Studies.
My Samsung S23 Ultra still has 270 GB storage and nearly 5GB memory (total is 12GB). Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Loh Ka Yee Elizabeth, sorry for the loss of your reading records. Please try to uninstall the app and install it again.
Also, there is a feature to export your data onto your phone or cloud if you want to save your data as backup.
